Dress is business/neat casual. No t-shirts, ball caps and the like. A polo shirt and a pair of khakis is fine. Jackets are not required for men, but you will not feel out of place in one either.

Fine Dining - Lunch or DinnerLunch begins at $6, Dinner begins at $12 Chef Paul's brings you the experience of dining in a big city without leaving Arkansas. With white tablecloths, 24K Gold chargers, fine crystal and porcelain, relax and enjoy a meal beyond compare in the region or state. All foods are prepared when ordered from the freshest and finest quality ingredients that can be found around the world. Seafood flown in overnight, aged Certified Angus Beef®, New Zealand & Domestic Organic Lamb and vegetables & fruits hand selected all become a memorable meal. Catering, Private Parties, Business MeetingsPricing depends on group size and menu Chef Paul's offers one of the finest dining rooms in the area. It can accomodate up to 65 people and is available for luncheons, dinners, private meetings or any other special occasion where privacy is desired. If your party is larger arrangements can be made to cater your party at other locations as well. Call with your questions.
Cheesecakes, Cakes, PastriesPricing begins at $20 excluding shipping Cheesecakes to Go, a part of the Chef Paul's family of services can freshly prepare and ship cheesecakes or other pastries around the Continental US for your personal or business needs. You can choose from several different sized products as well as a variety of flavors.
Wine DinnersWine Dinners begin at $65 per person Approximately every 5 to 6 weeks we offer a Wine Dinner of elegance. The menu is carefully selected to match the wines of a particular winery or region of wine production. With 4 courses featuring an Appetizer, First Course, Sorbet, Entree and Dessert our wine dinner's are unparalled. In addition if available a representative of the winery will be in attendance also. Past winery attendees include: Robert Mondavi, Jr. - Robert Mondavi Winery / Toni Coturri - Coturri Winery / Jackie Martini - Louis Martini Winery / Dave Ready, Jr. - Murphy-Goode Winery / Rudy von Strasser - Von Strasser Winery / Ray Coursen - Elyse Winery. These dinners are entertaining as well as educational and give you a chance to enjoy a variety of wines you might otherwise not find or try.

CP's Gourmet MarketOpened in March of 2006, CP's Gourmet Market sells CAB® steaks, lamb and veal cut to order, fresh seafood, imported meats and cheeses as well as Thumann's deli meats. Select a whole quiche, dessert or sourdough bread direct from San Francisco. Select specialty condiments, sauces, dressings and spice rubs both from Uher Cookin Wild® and CP's own brand are also available. If you are looking for hard to find or other select items allow us to order them for direct delivery from the dock, field or distributor. Looking for particular seafood, produce or gourmet product - we can order it and in general have it in hand within 48 hours depending on availability.
CateringMinimum charges apply and depend on menu Chef Paul's does offer catering on a very select basis. Foods can be prepared for pick-up by the host, delivered and arrangements can be made for service. Menus are usually a collaborative effort developed in consultation with Chef Paul.
Cooking DemonstrationsCooking Demonstrations will be held in CP's Market. These will show cooking techniques, use of different products and preparation variations. Check the market calendar for what is coming up.
